we find leaks behind walls without destruction!
Security, military & medicine industries have extended infrared technology incredibly over the last decade, enabling us to literally see damp in your walls without putting so much as a scratch on them. Today, Thermal Imaging is being used in both residential and commercial property inspection to detect energy deficiencies, plumbing and roof leaks, mold growth, electrical anomalies and insulation issues.
Bad workmanship and deteriorating material behind finishes allow small amounts of water to seep into your walls. To maintain your home or office in good condition, it is important to quickly identify the source of any leak. Where water enters the building can be very difficult to determine and often require extensive works. Detect the Leak uses state of the art Thermal Imaging to detect the source of water ingress without causing any damage to the structure. Locating the source of the leak early is critical to avoid expensive repairs. Don't underestimate how much damage can be caused by a water leak.

Detect the Leak uses a highly sensitive Thermal Imaging camera which detects a 0.02°C variation in temperature. We map these different temperatures using different colours to highlight changes in surface temperature which ultimately result in pin-pointing the location of your leak without any damage to your property. The mapped thermal and digital pictures are placed side by side into a report for your reference.
Because the equipment is so incredibly sensitive, we have the ability to:
- See where water is leaking away or blocked up
- Detect damp
- Check the exterior of your house for major losses of heat
- Locate wet ore missing insulation within a waterproofing system providing critical data for roof maintenance
